Bath Shades

Is there anything cuter than this???

Amy's Birthday

I celebrated my birthday at Papadeaux's with some of my favorite people.

Amazing Jakes

We decided to try out Amazing Jakes (in July) because I had a coupon and it looked like it would be a fun place for Morgan. It was a bit overwelming for her in the beginning, but she did ride the carousel and the train and tried to play skeeball (Mommy's favorite). Although the games/rides were fun, the food was horrible, so we probably won't go back.

Rainbow

Morgan got to see a full rainbow back in July. She was fascinated and talked about it for a week afterwards. Unfortunately, the picture doesn't do it justice.

July 4th

July 4th festivities began with decorating Morgan's stroller for the celebration that her daycare was hosting. The celebration consisted of a lot of food and a parade around the parking lot. Morgan had a lot of fun!

Ready to celebrate!

The night before the 4th of July, Morgan and I met Brian at his job. We thought we'd be able to watch the Addison fireworks from the 10th floor of his building, but unfortunately the fireworks show was too far away. Morgan didn't seem to mind, she had a good time running around the empty office space.

Sweet kisses for Daddy

The day of the 4th, we relaxed in the pool and enjoyed a day in the sun.

Girl's Getaway - June 2012

Julie, Jacq, Jennie, and I had our annual Girl's Getaway in June. It was a fun weekend spent at Julie's parent's house in McKinney, while they were out of town. We had breakfast (and drinks) at Mimi's Cafe, shopped at Hobby Lobby, were pampered with some great manis and pedis, had an awesome dinner prepared by Julie, went to a painting class, and hung out at the country club pool the next day. It was a great time; I can't wait for next year!

Pedis + Cheap Walmart toe rings = Pretty toes!
