4th of July Weekend

We had a great 4th of July weekend! On Friday, Morgan's daycare had an Independence Day parade around the parking lot. We were instructed to dress Morgan in her red, white and blue. She had a great time parading around the parking lot and shaking the parade shaker that she made.

Saturday, we went to Tom & Sedeve's for a pool party. Morgan, Daddy & Aunt Lisa played with Morgan in the pool until a volleyball game started and we had to get her out. She was not happy to be kicked out of the pool!

Sunday, we went to Grammy & Pap's house and had lunch with them and Robin, Ed, Brittany and Gracie. Gracie made a very cute sun visor for Morgan, which Morgan loved. Grammy & Pap gave Morgan a cute Indian headdress and drum that they got for her when they went to the Black Hills in South Dakota.

Monday, we relaxed and played in the pool. We didn't keep Morgan up to see the fireworks this year. They started too late, unfortunately.

It was a great weekend filled with family & friends.

Morgan is ready for the parade! (If you're wondering why there's tin foil on the counters, it's to prevent the cats from jumping up on them.)

Pajama Mishap

I'm not sure how she did it, but sometime in the night Morgan managed to get one of her arms out of the sleeve of her pajama top and bring it through the neck hole. It made for an interesting outfit that morning.

I love that sleepy little face

Father's Day

Brian wanted a low-key Father's Day, so we spent the afternoon in the pool and then went to eat at the Mexican restaurant up the street.

Awwwww

I don't care if it's Father's Day...you can't have my chip Daddy!

No, you still can't have it!

Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day weekend, we went to a pool party, where Morgan sported her new 2-piece bathing suit and floated around the pool with Aunt Lisa and Aunt Peggy. On Memorial Day, Grammy & Pap came to visit and brought Morgan a Micky Mouse bean bag chair. She loved it!

Kisses for Aunt Peggy

Buddy decided he needed to get in the pool too!

I love this picture! It shows how excited she was about the bean bag.

Miss Morgan - The Teacher

Morgan loves to put her stuffed animals in her chair and read to them. The lucky recipient this particular day was "Hoo", her stuffed Wocket.

Pay attention Hoo!

Hoo is rewarded with a kiss

Mommy's Bra

Morgan found one of my bras and thought it would be fun to play with it. So mischievious!
