Oopsy Daisy Baby Photo Shoot
Shortly after Morgan's 1st Birthday party ended, Lisa and I loaded Morgan into the car and headed to Southlake for the big Oopsy Daisy Baby photoshoot. Morgan was really tired, but she still did a great job and was so adorable in her outfit!

Morgan's 1st Birthday
We celebrated Morgan's 1st birthday with a party at our house. We invited family and friends over and Morgan LOVED the attention! She was so happy! The only time that she got upset was when I forced her hand into her cake. She didn't appreciate that one bit and let me know about it! Thank you to our wonderful family and friends, Morgan had a great time!

Letter to Morgan - 12 Months
Dear Morgan,
You are now one year old! In the past year you have grown from a tiny little infant, with horrible colic, to the most wonderful and happy baby. You are crawling, pulling up on everything, standing really well and walking with some assistance. Your favorite toys are still stuffed animals, which you hug and kiss with all your might. You are now eating regular food and drinking whole milk. You have been sick quite a bit since you started daycare, but even when you're sick, you're still such a good baby. Here are some things that you like: stuffed animals, balloons, Chica from Sprout TV, Ravioli, Puffs, and Yogurt. Here are some things that you dislike: the word 'no', diaper changes, meat, and peas.
This past year has been so wonderful, Pumpkin. Your Daddy and I couldn't be more happy to have you as our daughter. You have learned so much in the past year, it's amazing to us how much you already know in 12 short months! I know this next year will be even more amazing and we can't wait to watch you grow and learn.

Oopsy Daisy Baby
The Oopsy Daisy Baby Boutique advertised a contest in which they were looking for baby models for their 2011 clothing line, so I submitted a few photos of Morgan. Morgan was 1 of 25 children chosen out of 1000 applicants! Morgan had her fitting for the photo shoot (which will be the day of her birthday) and the owner couldn't have chosen a more perfect outfit for Morgan to wear to the photo shoot - a birthday onesie and tutu!

Goodbye Old Friend
You were there for us during the colicky bad times and nourished our sweet girl for over 11 months, but it's time for you and your $27 price tag to move on. Thank you for all you did old friend, we will never forget you.
